Hello and welcome to our family run studios and apartments, in Psalidi, Kos. Booking this type of room and according to new conditions (Covid-19), we encourage our guests for their own safety, to book the entire accommodation and its facilities for their own use only.

We are located just outside of Kos Town, in a semi-rural location, but within 3 minutes' walk from the seafront and approximately 15-20 minutes' walk from kos Town. But if you don’t fancy the walk there is a very good bus service from seafront to Kos Town every 15-20 minutes. Our Studios are set in a peaceful location, away from the noise, but not too far from the bars and nightlife in Kos Town. The studios are fully equipped with all the essentials you may need for a self-catering holiday.
